Search the Library Catalog
Reserves (holds)
The most economical way to place your request is to use the dial-in-access (see below) and
select Greenfield items. You can place a hold for Greenfield items on the computer or you
can e-mail the Reference Desk. We'll locate a copy of the item and call you when the item
is available.
Send e-mail requests to greenfield.reference@greenfieldwi.us.
Include your name, phone number & library card number with the author & title of
the item you want. If you want large print, a video, a compact disc, a cassette - tell us
that too.

To Place a Hold on a Greenfield Item

"G", type your name, library card #, and pin #. (If you do not have a pin #,
exit that part of the program and return to "V" View your library record to
establish a pin #). Type the number 14 for pick-up location.
To Disconnect From Countycat
Quit to the main menu. Select "H" to hang up. Press enter to continue. Select 2
and press enter to disconnect.
Web Access To Countycat
Web access should not be used to place holds. The computer will select a Milwaukee item -
EVEN WHEN THE GREENFIELD ITEM IS ON THE SHELF. This results in unnecessary expense for
Greenfield. If you like to place your own holds - please, use the dial-in-access. If you
prefer searching the web catalog, please e-mail your holds to the Reference Desk
(greenfield.reference@mcfls.org).
